Things you need to know about the Children's Festival

Please remember the Children's Festival does not offer crèche or other childminding facilities.
It's a FAMILY EVENT with loads of activities for families to explore together.
We want you to enjoy the Festival so please make sure you take care, respect other people and work with the organisers and volunteers to have a great time

INSURANCE

We have Public Liability Insurance in place up to £5million. Organisers and providers of specific events also carry their own insurance and have confirmed to the organisers that they have all relevant health and safety procedures and risk assessments in place. The organisers cannot be responsible for accidents caused by negligence by those taking part or providing activities.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Photogaphs may be taken for use in publicity purposes. Only those wearing an official Children's Festival t-shirt and badge are authorised by the organisers.
Should you wish your child not to be included in any photograph please advise the photographer. If you see a photo of your child on our website, please email Stephen Derges and we will take steps to remove it.
